Zephyr Essential for Jira Lost Our Test Executions

We are in the middle of a test cycle using 'Zephyr Essential - Test Management' for Jira to manage tests. We had built many test cycles tied to releases and executed many tests. The test cycle started roughly 10 weeks ago, so the data is not that old.
Now when I go into my cycle summary, my test cycles mostly show blank. 4 of 18 cycles kept their data, the rest now show as if no tests were ever planned or executed. This is the loss of months of test data.
Has anyone seen this before an been able to recover? Is there a direct support link for Zephyr Essential to open a ticket?

Support had us re-index the project and metadata several times to no avail. Captured HAR files for analysis while re-indexing. In the end, I needed to re-index both projects and executions for all projects, not just the impacted project. That brought back our missing test executions.

If you want to contact Smartbear direct for support, you can find the link in the Help & Support button in the bottom right-hand corner (see image).

The scenario you describe is very odd.  From the point of view of the UI, to remove executions it would be done manually, and Zephyr protects executions from being deleted - you can archive test cases but executions are not affected; and you cannot delete an archived test if it has executions.

Would you please share your findings when the support team help you with this?
