User administration and logout with logout brings message: 502 Bad Gateway.
Why?
Can you provide more information please. I assume you were making an API call and that's why you got a 502 server message. What was the URL you were using, etc.
It sounds like there might be an issue with an Atlassian service - it's not a Zephyr Scale issue. I suggest you contact Atlassian support, but you might find their statuspage useful to check: Atlassian Status, e.g. Access (Atlassian Access Status)
