Unable to view Test Steps in Test Issues in JIRA

Since updating to version 11.0.0, the Squad test-step panel is missing from existing Test issues for all users on our site. The app is connected and up to date. The test steps section, which was previously accessible when scrolling down within a test (as shown in the attached screenshot), is no longer displayed. Please check whether the update changed/reset the issue

-view panel registration or its display conditions for our existing Test issue type.
