Subscription issue zephyr

Hi everyone,

I had installed Zephyr for Jira from the Atlassian Marketplace and used it during the free trial period. After the trial expired, I tried to reinstall the app, but it’s not working — I’m also unable to subscribe to the paid version from the Marketplace.

Has anyone faced this issue before?
Would appreciate some guidance or help from the Zephyr support team on how I can re-enable or subscribe to the app.
