Is Zephyr Scale down?

Hi,   Please can you advise if the Zephyr Scale is down today? At the moment, nothing is being displayed when we go to Zephyr Scale.   Thanks.

Few team members at my organization are having the same issue.

 

Are you also in Oceania Region?

Yes. But the issue is now resolved.

    Its still persisting, no change in the screen. Can't access anything in there.

      Same issue here in Brisbane, Australia. Logged a support ticket, received a response that support is only available during UK business hours.... ğŸ™„

      I have logged the issue with Atlassian.  They have confirmed there is an issue and they are working with Smartbear to resolve.

        The Zephyr Scale in our Company (New Zealand based) has been resolved yesterday, Tuesday, 30th November 2021.
