This type of feature has been mentioned a few times before, and also audit of changes to test cases. Sadly, it's not a feature I'm aware of in the Cloud version, and I assume it's the same in the Server version, but if you're on the Server version you might be able to view test case changes - I recall that that version has or had a Test Library suite of reports. If there was any way to find changes made to test cases, it would be somewhere in there... but I'm guessing it's not.
