How to get test case which does not have attachments from Test Cycle

Need a way or filter by which I can get executed test cases which does not have any attachments in the test cycle.

It seems like this should be easy to do but it isn't. I can't think of a way to do this using the UI, but I guess it's possible using the API, using "Get Test Executions" and "Get Test Steps" to find attachments for both scenarios. API link is below for Cloud version:
