How to create Test Cycle in a Folder by Folder Name?

In Zephyr DC version, you can create a new Test Cycle in an existing folder by folder name (a string). But in Zephyr Cloud, you must supply the folderId (integer). Is there a way to use folder name string instead?

    Reading the documentation it doesn't seem like that's possible.  You can either leave it as Null and it creates the folder in the Root folder or you can provide the folder ID of the folder you want to use as the root.
