Estimated Time Units

Units for Estimate Time are HH:MM which is not granular enough

The test player actual time is recorded in seconds for context - which is helpful to understand if one test case takes 15 seconds vs 45 seconds.

How do I modify the units for the "Estimate Time' Field - I do not see it as an option within configuration?
