error while import test cases from testlink from xml file

i got the following error while import test cases from test link from xml file 

 

The uploaded file could not be parsed. It seems to have invalid content.
Try again by uploading a valid file.

    Sorry, I have no experience importing from testlink (or using XML).  Can I suggest you contact the SmartBear support team.  Some of the SmartBear techies do occasionally check in here but you could be waiting quite a while.
