Color blind accessibility of Zephyr test execution results

Currently a 'pass' is green and a 'fail' is red. But these colors are notorious for color blindness problems and indeed, I am too colorblind to be able to see it without hovering over each dot indivi...

This! Also, the reports, the WYSIWIG text edit font colouring options and the 'default' colours for statuses that cannot be changed should not fail accessibility contrast requirements for a web based application. Along with failing the criteria to not indicate information using colour alone.
