Zephy Test Cycle not working

We're noticing a mismatch in the numbers displayed on the dashboards and in JQL queries related to Zephyr (test cycles). Initially, re-indexing resolved the issue, but for the past two days, even re-indexing hasn't worked. Now, we're also experiencing issues with the JQL queries themselves, as they are no longer returning any results.
