Hi All,

I am getting following error while importing Test Cases to Zephyr/Jira.

Any help on this?

    Do we have any option to get Support from Zephyr Team apart from this unanswered Forum Post option.

    Being an enterprise customer, we are blocked with progress due to above error & Forum post also unanswered so far from Zephyr Team.

    Any help on this regard would unblock us.
