Zephyr Test Case Export to Word or XML

Hello! Does anyone know if there is a way to export a zephyr test cycle with the latest execution results to a format that is editable?
My end goal is to create the export in word. 

I see that I can export the test case in XML but that does not seem possible with the test cycle. Is there a way to do this?
