Does Zephyr support MS SQL and Active Directory service account?

We are working to install Zephyr however have few questions:

Is Zephyr Enterprise support MS SQL? If yes, which version or licensing do we need?
If MS SQL supported, can we use Active Directory service account to connect to SQL DB via a JDBC connection?
