Is TestLeft a Shift Left Testing Tool

Hi

I was going through a demo of TestLeft,It generates code automatically without we having to write code manually.

But how is it a Shift Left Testing Tool because it can usefull only after the feature say Login is developed but

canot be used to Test during the Requirements or Design or Coding face which is the Essence of Shift Left Testing.

Please let me know if I am missing something.
