Zoom in/out not doing action on app

Hello

In my application we have zoom in and out option and it perform action on screen when click on zoom in and out button like it zoom out/in the screen .On recording the steps in test complete it perform zoom action but when run the test again it is not performing zoom in and out operation on screen .Why ? and any way to handle it ?
