Your computer is running adb.exe. It is not compatible with PdaNet

You did not provide clear information, so just guessing...

TestComplete communicates with the mobile devices via the android debug bridge (adb.exe) usually provided by Android SDK from Google.

I am not sure what is the source of the message you are talking about (device or computer, TestComplete or some other application), so my guess is that you have PdaNet installed somewhere (btw, some link or short description wouldn't harm as not everyone is willing to start searching and may just skip the question) and at the same time have adb.exe installed on some other location and (as per message) adb appears to be incompatible with PdaNet.

So it is my understanding that you should either provide compatibility between TestComplete, adb and PdaNet, or exclude PdaNet from the chain.
