XamDataGrid - obtaining loaded event

Dear SmartBear,

We have been struggling with Infragistics grids, especially with determing when they had been loaded on the GUI. By "loaded" I mean they have retrieved all the data from the database and have displayed it graphically as well. Apparently, the grid may have 0 elements too.

We would like to use the "waitproperty" function on one of the datagrid's property which well suits the above described criteria.Or else, if you can suggest any other method, it would be welcome.
