Thanks for all the replies.
I have tried the tscon command and it makes the amazon virtual pc to restart. I believe amazon dont use rdc to connect to its virtual pc. They have thier own way to connect thats why when I do tscon it makes the virtual machine restart instead of connecting to a user session.
