Windows Touch Screen

The "touch" method as it is in TC 11 and 12 is only for use within mobile environments as I understand it.

 

I'm not familiar enough with touch based windows applications to know for sure, but in the Windows OS, don't mouse clicks simulate the same functionality?

Yes it is, according to my manual user experience with touch screen on Win 8.

I am not sure that LongTouch action exists for Windows touch screens, so I also expect that mouse clicks and drags should be enough.

      Hello every one,

      Thank you for your usefull replies.
      I will use MouseUp an MouseDown for my custom LongTouch, DragAndDrop and Swipe functions.

      Now, my next moves will be the managment of the Windows' virtual keyboard and the multiTouch actions.
      I will keep you informed of my progress.

        Any real reason for this? Does it mean that regular .Keys() and .SetText() methods do not work?
