Hi Rob,
We are not testing TestComplete in various compatibility modes Windows provides. So, we can't guarantee all functions of the product will work properly in this setup. Please be careful when using this mode - if there are any problems, try disabling it.
A better approach would be reporting the original problems to our Support Team - we would try to assist you with getting them resolved, so you can stop using the compatibility mode.
I see that you have already opened a case with us, so let's continue working on the problems via e-mail.
