Will it be possible to do web screen scrapping though test complete?

We have a condition where we need to fetch elements (almost all) of the web page and validate them with specific test data conditions. So I searched and saw that there are various screen scrapping tools available but since we have test complete with us, I would like to check whether we can do the same with it or not?
