Did your application under test get an update?
Did you update TestComplete?
Did you change computers for running the test?
Did you change browsers for running the test?
Did you change screen resolution?
Many things can affect how TestComplete acts. Let's try to narrow it down.

Hi Marsha_R - Thanks for your response! No changes have been made, all your 5 Q answer is no change at all, it's the regression test and now seems TestComplete fails to recognize most of the objects!

You can try restarting the computer but it has been my experience in answering questions here on the forum that "nothing has changed" usually turns out to be that something did change that the tester wasn't aware of.
What version of TC are you running?
