Where does the "500 satus code" warning come from and how to correct it?

Hi all, I need some help on this 500 status code error. On some forum pages, it says 500 status code does not mean connection , just a delay, I want to learn what is it, and how can I overcom...

An event handler is a routine which is called when a specific event occurs. Parameters passed to the function must not be populated manually - they'll be provided by TestComplete.
