Solved

When I try to stop a script by clicking Stop or via Shift-F2, TC displays "Stopping" and crashes.

Not much more to add.  I'm running TC 10.40.2015.7 against IE10.

    Good point.  I've removed the comment about the font...I wrote that when I was in a state of frustration with TC.

     

    The good news is, since I updated TC and dumped all the old scripts and started fresh recording new ones, the problem hasn't returned.

      Agreed...but all it would show is the "Stopping..." text under the TC controls.  

       

      It happens intermittently and this morning I updated to 10.60, so I'm hoping the update resolves it.  I'll update more info or that its resolved as it goes.

        You did ask about fonts in text boxes and without seeing the fonts or text boxes in question, you're not likely to get a good answer.
