What is New in TestComplete 15.61 ?

In the normal world, web page/site should be updated first, followed by the option to download latest version. But we've seen this a number of times.

Wait until Version History webpage has been updated.

Usually when a version comes out the Release notes are there already.
It is not in sync this time for some reason.

From the latest browsers updated, I have been waiting for a chromium fix and the support added for these latest browser changes.
