Which means i want install both test complete and test application in same machine and then i have to publish both through citrix environment(web).

You are correct about installation. Not sure about publishing as I never administered Citrix, but I think that this is correct as well.
As a final result: when the user starts his/her remote session, both TestComplete and the tested application must run within this session and TestComplete must be able to communicate with the tested application directly, but not through some Citrix protocol or the like.

Test Complete and Test Application installed in same environment and published in citrix receiver.
Now application and test complete opening in seperate tab.....If i make execution through citrix receiver whether my scripts will work or not???.
If not working how to make it work??.

Your problem is that they are "published" seperately, so they are individual sessions.
In order for TestComplete to access your application, they both need to reside in the same "published" session...
SO... that stated, you can have your Citrix admin build a specific shell desktop that provide shortcuts to both your app and TestComplete, thus, making them co-exist in the same Citrix session..
(or simply give you a full access to the desktop instead of just the published app..)
