I guess that you get this error at the end of the installation process, right? As you update the TestComplete version, you may miss this error - the licensing system was already installed on the computer with TC 9.20. The new TC version just updates the current HASP version, but this process failed for some reason. The Support Team will help you find out the reason for this. However, I think that you can miss this error and continue using TestComplete as it doesn't affect product's main feature.
