Properties changes between mapping then and the second run?
Insufficient identifications properties to uniquely identify the object at run time?
Parent object properties changed during second run causing it to fail to recognise child objects?
Who knows. Without seeing what you mapped (in full detail) and the object at runtime (in full detail) it's pretty much impossible to say.
