Ok. I used WaitProperty method and its workign now.

That's great.
You should use WaitProperty after you use WaitAliasChild because if you only use WaitProperty, in the scenario where the object WLbl_ValidationImage does not exist, it'll throw a run time error.
You can easily handle this scenario in the else clause of a WaitAliasChild .
