In your call to Run, the "1" and "true" are parameters of the RUN function... As I understand VBScript, you are concatenating the "1" and "true" as part of the commandline string. That is incorrect.
Secondly, you should, I believe, make sure you use "dim" and "set" to assign the ShellObj.
Third, I think you need to use a Call with your LGComponentes function within your actual script code.
Again, there are a few examples of how to implement the Run method of the WScript.Shell object on the MSDN site. I'd suggest you check out those examples as they are in VBScript.
