"Verification failed, the User is not logged in" problem

 I am upgrading from ver. 8.70 to 9.3.  When setting up the Hosts tab, I can use the Verify button from the TC 8.70 Master and get a successful verification to one of the Slaves but with TC 9.3, I get...

Thanks a lot! I've been trying to figure out how to force Teamcity to run  the agent  as not a system user and found the answer in that link! It is finally running my tests! Thanks a lot!
