Using Text File as data storage for DDT

Question

Hi everyone,I just want to ask if TestComplete Data Driven Test supports text file as data storage in retrieving data.We are trying to implement it in our VM where MS Excel is not installed, only note pad is available. Is that possible? Are there any other ways on how to address this concern?Any feedback will be greatly appreciated.Thank you and regards,Anthony

Another possible solution is to install Connectivity Component, in this case you will be able using Excel.
