using testedapps in .net throws execption

I am using code :


Connect.RunTest("My Test", "TestCompleteProj_PDC", "C:\\PDC\\TestCompletePDCProject\\TestCompleteProj_PDC\\TestCompleteProj_PDC.pjs");




Connect.TestedApps["PDC__DEV"]["Run"]();



throws Unknown dispatcher error.



If I run this on test complete IDE it successfully open the required URL
