Use of Mapping objects with wildcards

Hello TestComplete Community!

I am new to TestComplete and I am now working on Keyword testing and my tests are on web browser based applications and below is my query:

I have some existing NameMapping of URLs with wildcards in it, and it has several child objects in it, but most of the time while creating a keyword testing, a new name mapping is created instead of taking the existing name mapping with wildcard, and I have drag and drop the newly created child to the existing one with wildcard, can someone suggest me how can I make system to take the existing name mapping instead of creating a new one?
