URGENT ..TC not able to run the load tests due to error in module kernel32.dll

I had load test with 30 users running concurrently and when I added 30 more users to the same test,it gave me an error while running the test and created a dump file .It says there is an error in kern...

Now I got it - you meant that TestComplete gives the "file exists" error, while I thought it was the "Contact Support" web page. Sorry for the confusion.
