- Hello Sumedha,Please try adding more RAM to the PC - maybe, TestComplete runs out of memory when accomplishing your task.TestComplete can use up to 2 Gb of memory, so make sure that you have 2 Gb of free physical RAM before running your test.
- saryaFrequent ContributorHey Alex,
I have lots of memory on my local machine. This problem while running the test is coming for that particular project suite .Where can I find this kernel32.dll module. Can the problem not be solved by looking at the dump file .
Thanks,
Sumedha - saryaFrequent ContributorHey Alex,
Earlier I was able to get into the project but now I am not able to even login into the project .When I try to open the .mds file for that project,it gives me an error in module kernel32.dll and test complete closes by itself.
Thanks. - saryaFrequent ContributorHey Alex,

Thanks. - Hello Sumedha,"kernel32.dll" is a system module that is part of the Windows OS.We have seen similar errors caused by the fact that the system ran out of memory, that is why, this was my first suggestion. If the problem is easy to reproduce by using your project suite, could you please zip the project suite folder and send me the archive (http://www.automatedqa.com/support/message/)?

Hey Alex,
I tried to create another project and as soon as the number of tasks and tests in the load test suite increased to 70 ,the kernel32.dll problem started occuring in that loadtest suite also.During the time when I tried to open the project suite,1.85 GB of RAM was being used out of 4 GB.The report dump file says as this about the computer configuration .Also I am sending you the project suite via the support email. Please suggest me something as I am not able to do the load test beciuse of this problem.Windows Server (R) 2008 Standard without Hyper-V Is Server Version

Sumedha - Hello Sumedha,OK, I will be waiting for your message. I guess, the project suite is quite big, so, you may fail to send it from the web form - just send me a message through the form, and I will let you know how to send me the project suite.>>> During the time when I tried to open the project suite,1.85 GB of RAM was being used out of 4 GB.What is TestComplete's memory usage right after you start executing your test? Please check this via Task Manager.I guess, TestComplete actually runs out of memory because you have many Load Testing tasks in one project. Could you please try dividing the tasks set into several projects? This may serve as a workaround for you.
- saryaFrequent ContributorHey Alex,
If I divide the tasksunder several projects ,will I still be able to use all the tasks into one load test in a particualr project. How can I do that ?
Thanks,
Sumedha
Hello Sumedha,
If you divide the project into smaller projects, you will be able to run the smaller projects one after another by running the entire project suite.
That is, you will actually have several tests that run as a sequence and generate several Test Logs.- saryaFrequent ContributorHey Alex,
My scenario for load test is "To login into the website ,perform some operation, logout" and it needs to be concurrent load simulation for 50 users,70 and gradually increasing them to 250. Thats why I used the same test and added all the task for 50,70 users in the same test and use 'run concurrently' option to concurrently simulate the laod on server . So I would not be able to run them in different tests in different projects.
So I would not be able to run them as different tests in a sequence .I need to run all the load test users task at the same time concurrently.
Thanks,
Sumedha
