Updating TC8.5 to TC 9 .

I have my TC installed in Citrix agent platform. Some time back i updated my TC 8.5 to TC 9. Since then whenever i run my TC and try to record , it doesn't capture any objects and couldn't even insert any checkpoints. Is there any setting i missed? Can anyone please help me.
