Unable to use tooltip controls in TestComplete 9

Hello,



I am not able to find "Tooltip" group under "Win32 Controls and Windows" in Object Mapping of TestComplete 9. I have attached below the reference link where i found information about the tooltip ToolTip Control in Object Mapping

Because of this, i'm not able to spy on the tooltip and fetch text from my software.

Please let me know if any additional settings need to enabled so that i can fetch text from tooltip from my software

    Hi Jyothi,


     


    Could you please check whether you see the Tooltip group in the Default Project Properties Dialog (Tools | Default Project Properties)?

    Hi Tanya,



    Can you please tell me under which tree item(Manual Test/Network Suite/Project/Project Suit) i need to look for Tooltip group in Default Project Properties? Because i did not find it anywhere in the "Default Project Properties"

    Hi Jyothi,


     


    Support for this group of controls was added in TestComplete 9.10. What TestComplete 9 version are you using? Please check this by clicking Help | About in the TestComplete main menu.

    I am using TestComplete 9.0 Vesrion. So i guess i am not able to use tooltip controls.
