Might it be that this problematic application is started with elevated (admin) permissions? (Maybe by Jenkins?)
If it is, then TestComplete must have same access level to be allowed by Windows OS to access and control internals of the tested application.
application is working fine in another machines , only in a specific machines im getting this issue , when we open Test Complete in normal mode then I'm unable to spy few of the screens , i am not supposed to run in admin mode , that is my requirement can you pls help me to proceed further

We don't know how the machine is configured or the setup, so you need to read and follow the requirements provided in Configuring Your System.
