My other collegue has TC 15.45, chrome ver 132 and extnesion enabled - it works perfectly fine for him. I have the smae parameters but it doesnt recognize.
Even when i try to upgrade to a newer version i get an error message. Any suggestions on how can i upgrade?

If you can use the browser to navigate the internet and TestComplete can not, maybe you are blocked by proxy or another possibility is a malware.
Have IT verify that you PC is virus free and firewall is not blocking traffic. Once validated:
1-Uninstall TestComplete and remove SmartBear extension from Browser
2-Reboot
3-Install TestComplete and validate that extension is installed and enabledI think that you are on Key-Based license, you can login to your license and download latest version, that is if you are on a valid maintenance contract.

The message indicates, that you don't have internet access! Go to the portal and download the latest version - you will also need your SmartBear ID to login.
