Unable to recognize IFrame notification in IE9

I have automated a web app where in I need to export a resultant excel. However, the test complete is unable to recognize the IFRAME save button and is not clicking on it. I used the a code to call the IFRAME though the pointer hovers on the frame but it's not clicking on the save button.
