Unable to point on the exact location of the object

When trying to spy the object,it is highlighting an inch above the desired object.Because of this my test script execution is getting failed as the object is not getting recognized at the exact location.I am trying to automate a web application(www.flipkart.com) in chrome browser.I even tried chrome zoom affect(set to 100%) but there is no use.

Note: I am doing automation in Virtual Machine

    Since we can access this site can you give additional details as to what the object is and how to get to it?

      I am trying to click on Login link but the object is getting identified near the url field
