Unable to load TestComplete due to "Either the installation files or registry data are corrupted..."

Hi Guys   I'm having a problem loading TestComplete.... When I try to load I get the attached error.   Has anyone seen this before? Have you any tips or advice to resolve?   I've already tried ...

I've been getting that a lot.  I got it after I tried to install TestExecute and apply browser patches.

 

Restarting my computer usually fixes it.  But I have had to re-install TestComplete once.

    Thanks! It's nice to know it's not just me!

     

    Out of interest, when you uninstalled TestComplete was there anything you had to do to ensure a clean uninstall? I've checked and it leaves behind the TestComplete 12 folder (not sure if it created it in the first place tbh) and also a couple of registry keys one with a few DWORD values called PATCH...

     

    Any idea if you had to do manual work in between the uninstall & reinstall?
