Unable to launch Test Complete with administrator permissions

whenever I am going to launch Test Complete with administrator at that time getting error .can you please help me on that
desktop testing

    Is it necessary to run TestComplete with Administrator privileges?

     

    Is the error relating to SmartBear login?

Does it work normally with the credentials you supply? How are you launching it, with Administrator?

    Normally it is working fine. But whenever I am going to launch Test Complete using Run as administrator at that time getting error
