Just to be on the safe side: have you contacted Support via the mentioned https://support.smartbear.com/message/?prod=TestComplete form? It is essential for the initial problem submission to use the form, but not just to mail to support address.

Yes, what AlexKaras said.  I've never had to wait more than 24 hours for a response from Support and that's only because of time zone difference.

    I got the same issue, too.

     

    and after instrumented it manually via Android Studio, I got "Unable to load the Android application package." when tried to deploy the app to the devices.
