First of all, as the issue can be reproduced without TestComplete installed, please try applying the advice given by the Microsoft community. - pjageronimoContributorHello Mike, our team have found a workaround. Before installation, change the setting of "User Access Control" via msconfig and select "Never Notify". This will force installation of MSSCCI.
FYI :) - grant_2Occasional ContributorI am getting exactly the same problem with trying to install TFS 2010 MSSCCI Provider with Team Explorer 2012 installed. It tells me that Team Explorer 2010 is not installed. Well, that's because I have Team Explorer 2012 installed. This is most frustrating.
