Unable to get file list from Windows Explorer on Seven 64 bits

I am unable to access the list of files from Windows Explorer on a Windows 7 64bit. The tests run fine on other Windows versions (including Windows 7 32 bits). My settings are the following: ...

We tried this recognition on Windows 7 x64 with TestComplete 9 - a list and list items are present. Please download this version (request a trial or download the commercial version from your customer account) and check whether the issue persists.





The installation of this new version will not influence the existing tests in TestComplete 8.
