unable to enter Event Handler code

hi,

i wrote event handler where i close the app and restart when a unexpected window pop ups, while tests are running the control does not go to event handler, the tests just stops where the error occurs

 

can u please help me solve this issue??

    attached window where i need to click ok button, also this error may come any time durings tests
